The gardens at Els Picots 2016

Thanks to a lot of help from friends in May 2016 when we came to plant, we had a really good start…

In May Russell and Peter put up “Russell Court”

They planted tomatoes

and aubergines…

…sturdy little plants

By early July it was looking fab

We had beautiful aubergines…

…purple and white flowers

And lots of rampaging tomatoes

In May we had lots of weeds

Alex (and friend) helped with some heavy duty weeding and Russell dug outside too

So we could plant peppers…

…tomatoes and fennel…

…and salad leaves

By mid July everything was coming along fine, with baby courgettes already showing and lots of tomato and aubergine flowers. See how we are doing…
